Monday to Friday       8:00AM- 7:30PM

LIBRARY POLICIES

  • STUDENTS                                                                                                           
    1. Upon entering the library, students should wear their school ID.

    2. The library is mainly for research. Eating, sleeping, making visual aids and group discussions  are not allowed.

    3. Silence, cleanliness and orderliness must be observed strictly at all times.

    4. Cell phones and other electronic communication gadgets must be set to silent mode while inside the library; answering/making calls should be done outside the library.

    5. Books should be left on the table after use.
    6. Periodical materials like magazines, newspaper, etc. and general reference books are to be used in the library only. They must be returned to their proper places after using.
    7. The following are the schedules for charging out of books:
      • Filipiniana Books- can be borrowed for one day
      • Subject Reference/Non-Filipiniana Books- can be borrowed for one week
      • Fiction Books- can be borrowed for one week
    8. Students can borrow a maximum of five (5) books at a time.
    9. Fines are charged for books not returned on due dates.
      • Fiction Books- Php 2.00/day including Sundays and Holidays
      • Subject Reference/Non-Filipiniana- Php 5.00/day  including Sundays       and Holidays
      • Filipiniana Books- Php 5.00/day including Sundays and Holidays
    10. Damaged books and all losses should be paid based on the current price of the book plus the processing fee. Should the student decide to replace them, the following have to be met:
      • The Title, Author and edition must be the same
      • Reprinted edition is not accepted as a replacement for original edition
      • Processing fee
    11. Upon living the library, all clients must present their personal things for inspection.
    12. Willful violation of the library rules such as not returning books on time, lending and borrowing books for friends, defacing or mutilating books, stealing library properties and other violations are punishable by loss of library privileges, payment of the cost of the defaced or mutilated material, fines, or upon the discretion of the librarian.
