To claim, one must first set a schedule through the mobile app Acuity Scheduling Client which can be downloaded for free at the apps store of your device.

Only a limited number of clients can be entertained per day. Safety protocols must also be observed. You may read the full guidelines issued by the Vice President for Finance here:

An authorization letter is also needed in case the graduate himself cannot come. Below is a sample authorization letter to claim graduation fee refund.

A graduation ceremony was supposed to take place in March 2020 but the COVID pandemic happened which led the government to prohibit any social gathering to deter the spread of the virus.

To date, it is still uncertain when it will be safe to hold a ceremony for the graduates.

Dr. Edgar Detoya, Graduation Committee Chair, said that 2020 graduates may claim their refund and pay again once the new date for the graduation ceremony has been determined. Given the uncertainty of the current situation, he expressed that it is unlikely for a ceremony to take place within this year.

Updates will be shared on the official social media pages and website once available.

For assistance, you may send a message to the Accounting Office.
