Fourteen Josenians make “biggest tapioca dessert in the world”
Fourteen students and a faculty member from the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) were chosen to make a gigantic mango dessert dubbed by the event organizers as the “biggest tapioca dessert in the world."
