Philosophy

About this Course

The program trains students to have mastery of the content of the teachings of different schools of philosophy and individual philosophers from ancient to the contemporary period. Students are taught how to write publishable research papers in philosophy and they are given opportunities and guidance to present and publish their research outputs.

Careers
Graduates of the program may pursue a doctorate degree in philosophy or may teach philosophy courses in higher education institutions or may pursue other careers in public and private institutions that require analytical and critical thinking skills.
Admission Requirements
Applicants are expected to be:

  • Bachelors Degree holder related to the Masters Degree
