About this Course

This is the oldest branch of the profession of engineering which applies the knowledge of the mathematical and physical sciences in the utilization of natural and man-made resources and forces in the planning, design, management, construction, and maintenance of building for the progressive well-being of mankind. It is a diverse field with specialization such as Structural Engineering, Construction Highway Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Water Resource Engineering.

Careers

As Civil Engineers prove their competence, they are given more responsible tasks from monitoring construction in the field to complex analysis and design work, or management of more complex design projects and engineers or engage into specialized consulting.
