Schedule of activities for new college students for AY 2023-2024 bared

July 19, 2023Lorraine Mitzi Ambrad

The opening of the University of San Jose-Recoletos for AY 2023-2024 is set to start on August 7, 2023 and the Josenian Orientation Series (JOS) schedule has been set by the Student Placement and Development Center (SDPC).

JOS is conducted annually to help usher the students into their new campus life. It provides an opportunity for the freshmen, returnees, transferees, and upper-level students to partake in learning sessions and general orientation activities that would foster a sense of belonging to their Josenian academic community. Moreover, these activities are organized to help the learners become more comfortable with the campus, learn about the college policies and expectations, and interact with the rest of the Josenian community.

All students who are enrolled in Guidance classes are enjoined to participate because this is part of the class’ requirements. Attendance slips will be given after the event. Meanwhile, the selection of campus tour schedule per student will be done during the first day of JOS. A form will be routed and further instructions will be given by the host and guidance counselors.

Here’s the schedule of activities:
