Josenians who finished their degree programs in time of the COVID-19 pandemic will be recognized through a virtual graduation this year.
This includes the graduates of the second semester of AY 2019-2020, second semester of 2020-2021, and first semester of AY 2020-2021 including summer 2020.
In line with this, the USJ-R Graduation Committee requests all graduates of the aforementioned terms to send a graduation picture through this link.
Below are two sample graduation photos for reference.
Here are some basic guidelines to consider:
- No caps shall be worn in the graduation photo. Instead, it will be held using both hands.
- The USJ-R logo on the hood must be placed over the left.
While the University highly encourages the submission of graduation pictures while wearing a toga, not everyone may be able to comply given the difficulty to access credible photo studios. Hence, an alternative option is the wearing of school uniform with a plain background. In the case of Graduate School and Law students, they may wear a corporate attire as an alternative to toga because they do not have a prescribed school uniform.
Pictures must be submitted on or before August 10, 2021 via the Google Form link provided. A school logo will appear instead of a grad pic for those who will fail to submit a graduation photo in time.
