The names of four offices in the University of San Jose-Recoletos were changed by the School Board effective July 3, 2023.
The Student Welfare Office has been renamed to Student Affairs and Services Offices. Its physical offices remain at the ground floor of St. Augustine building in the main campus and second floor of St. Ezekiel Moreno Building in the Basak Campus.
USJ-R’s arm which is in-charge of outreach programs and community engagements is now named Center for Recollect Community Engagement and Social Involvement. Its former name is Institute of Non-Formal Education and Community Outreach Program.
Moreover, the Institutional Planning and Development Coordinating Council has its name simplified to Administrative Council.
The fourth office which has been renamed is the University Information Technology Support Services. Its new name is Information Technology and Communication Network Development Center.
Meanwhile, a new office called Center for Music, Arts, and Culture has been formed under the VP for Identity, Formation, and Mission.
