Josenian College Admission Test for 2023 qualifiers now open

Students who wish to pursue their tertiary education next academic year at the University of San Jose-Recoletos may take the Josenian College Admission Test (JCAT) beginning February 8.

Click here to register online to TAKE THE USJ-R ADMISSION TEST.  After accomplishing this online form, an appointment slip will be sent via email. This slip must be presented upon entry.

Passing the said test is the first step before one can enroll at USJ-R. To take it, the applicant must come to the USJ-R Main Campus and bring a copy of latest grades, one 2×2 ID photo with white background, P200 testing fee, applicant number (get this thru the SIS online portal), and accomplish a form at the Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC). The test results will come out in a day.

After passing the test, one can proceed to the online enrollment via edp.usjr.edu.ph during the prescribed schedule which will be announced in the middle of 2023. The hardcopy of the following requirements needs to be submitted to the Registrar after enrollment. Final instructions will be given by the aforementioned office.

  • High school report card (Form 9)
  • Certificate of good moral
  • PSA-issued birth certificate
  • Admission test result
  • Enrollment Fee (P1,500)

For transferees, an honorable dismissal and an informative copy of the current Transcript of Records (TOR) must be included.
