Revolutionizing formal education in time of a pandemic is the direction the University of San Jose – Recoletos (USJ-R) is taking in order to reach the learners during these difficult times.
A flexible learning scheme which works online and offline will be implemented in Academic Year 2020-2021. This move has been taken in order to adapt to the new normal – a setup where students can continue their formal education while staying safe at the comforts of their homes.
To help you, we have put in one place all you need to know about the new academic year.
The University adopts a Modified Hybrid Learning Approach. This has two models namely synchronous and asynchronous. The first model means having real-time activities like video conferencing while the other means having activities that students can do offline at their own pace.
This new approach has been implemented starting with the senior high school and college students of summer 2020.
So we all get on the same boat, we made primers so you can understand better our new learning approach.
