The Security and Safety Department (SSD) urged the employees and students who were issued with entry and parking stickers last school year to renew their pass.
“Please be informed that Agreement for Entry and Parking entered into with the University of San Jose-Recoletos for the School Year 2018-2019 has expired last 31 May 2019,” wrote the University President through a memorandum.
In this connection, all concerned are advised to renew their agreement for the issuance of a new sticker. SSD released the guidelines today.
Lay administrators, faculty members, and university personnel are required to submit a copy of the lastest car registration or any document showing the ownership of the vehicle. Moreover, a parking fee which is good for a year is collected. It is P300 for administrators, personnel, and students with motorcycles. On the other hand, concessionaires and parents (for Basak Campus only) need to pay P250. the payment is to be made directly at the Accounting Office.
The deadline for the filing of renewal is July 30.
After the deadline, the No Sticker – No Entry & Parking Policy will be implemented.
